Today, 2 large plastic injection tools for one of our automotive clients focusing on luxury motors (Ferrari in Italy) have been packed and ready to ship from China to Italy. Both of them had been approved by using our rigorous tool making/qualification/inspection processes meeting the client’s tool standards.

Ferrari has a most desirable track record, in Formula One as well as in GT production cars, record business results and voted one of the World’s most powerful brands. Working with Ferrari is such an inspiring experience for our engineers in terms of engineering excellence and innovation at the highest level.

A few highlights worthy of mentioning regarding these 2 large tools are stated as below.

• Managed the manufacturing lead time of 30 calendar days for the large tool with the biggest tool dimension of close to 2 meters.
• Our engineers worked extremely hard to manage such a short lead time and get quality samples delivered to our client’s hands on time.
• Finely designed and precisely fabricated both 2 large tools so that they can share 1 set of Hot Runner System with multiple drops of SVG (Sequential Valve Gate) due to the high similarity of the products.
• Great efforts were made to reduce the tool cost through fine design and precise fabrication.
